Intermediate Architectural Technologist

Minimum 3 years work experience, working as an architectural designer in the residential sector.
Diploma in Architectural Technology from an accredited Canadian institution.
Excellent proficiency with AutoCAD.
Proficient in the 2012 Ontario Building Code – Part 9.
Strong knowledge of building technology and assembly, construction methodologies, material application, pertaining to home construction.
